(USCORP/EastIndiaTradingCompany/BritishCrown/Vatican/BlockRock) Prior to 1871 & the civil war_ Was each numbered congressional Assembly of it's own & unique? Is the second argument. Otherwise, why bother to number them? & Evidence hiding in plain sight? So if you lawsuit congress today (#118 ), you might lose if you sue the wrong# one by that technicality. Or the suit declared to have no standing.
