"I am recovering from a serious injury and today did 170 push-ups including some with my woman on my back, 50 deadlifts, 50 squats, 200 sit-ups and some shadow boxing. Further been improving my shooting skills. What have you done today? If the answer is nothing but sitting on your ass posting bullshit and Q crap (trust the plan nonsense)...
