Part 2 of 3 Later the same day at ~5:45 I went out onto our hallway balcony to eat my yogurt, and then decided to move to the end of the hall. 80% of the time I eat right outside our door, but felt compelled to change positions in this instance. After doing so I became aware of the same super loud plane noise up in the sky. Looked up and sure enough it seemed to be the same small white plane from earlier. Different part of the sky from before, but above where I'd see it from my position at the end of the hall. Once again way, way higher than normal, and way too loud for that height. And it was barely moving. So slow that I actually marveled at how it didn't just....fall out of the sky. O.o I wondered if I had time to dash back to our apartment and grab my binoculars. The plane then began to pull a super slow U-turn to go back to the left, so I realized I had enough time. Dashed back (apartment was only 4 doors down) and then wondered if I should instead grab my camera to photo document it. Then there was a weird "back and forth" tug of war in my mind as I debated this, trying to discourage me from using the camera. In the end it won, and I only grabbed the binoculars and dashed back. Maybe 20 seconds total, tops. But the plane was now completely gone, nowhere to be found. Considering it had pulled a slo mo U-ey and was barely even moving means it should have still been there in the sky. Then on 8/10 I was again going for a walk around the complex, this time at ~2:15 p.m. Another bright and sunny afternoon. Was going to take my camera with me in case I see anything interesting nature-wise, but had an internal back and forth argument with myself to not do so. Which isn't normal. So I didn't. And sure enough......at the same exact spot in the complex from two days earlier I hear the plane again, right overhead. Despite me being out at a different time. A total impossibility. Same deal - white plane, way higher than normal, but way too loud for that height, and traveling abnormally slow, almost hovering. I stood there squinting in the sun going "what the fuck....?!" outloud to myself. I debated about running back to grab the camera, but realized I wouldn't have enough time. So I resumed walking, hearing it loud and clear overhead as I approached the big tree at the BBQ area. Once I got under the leaf canopy I realized I suddenly couldn't hear the plane anymore. Sure enough, in the ~10 seconds it took to walk under the tree the plane was once again completely gone out of the sky. Not even the sound of it anymore. And it shouldn't be, considering the super slow speed. It's like it waited until it was obscured to be able to pull the disappearing act, and poof! vanished. Same as before, waiting until I looked away/ran back to the apartment. ("Quantum observer" thing? Same pattern I've noticed with "reality glitches," where they require me to briefly look away for a moment before whatever it is can either appear or disappear.) (continued)
