Experienced a wild synchronicity yesterday that I wanted to share. I wrote an article about synchs for my website http://in2worlds.net/synchronicities/ so the subject is a huge interest for me. I have all kinds of crazy level synch anecdotes in that article as illustrative examples, and proceeded to categorize the different types that can happen - because not all synchs are created equal. All of them can feel like reality is folding in on itself to some extent, some types way more than others, and yet there are different circumstances that create them, different varieties if you will. I concluded the article by trying to actually solve, in a general sense, what cause synchs, versus just talking about them. So the one that happened yesterday - I've been re-watching the series "Lost" the past two weeks, and was planning to watch the next episode while eating my lunch. But before that I was jumping around on the 'net doing multiple random things. Meanwhile the day before that I'd come across random mention online of the 90s song "Flood," by Jars of Clay. Then saw it again on the same website yesterday (that's not the synch....because that's not even a synch :D ) and was like, Oh yeah that's right, I wanted to look that song up and listen to it again because I hadn't heard it in years. I remember it being played on KROQ a lot when I lived in SoCal.....but don't *remember it* remember it. So I looked the song up on YouTube, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfAhpX_wIBk refreshed my memory, looked JOC up on Wiki for more background, discovered that they're actually a Christian rock band that made it big by crossing over into the Alternative charts (hence why it was played a lot on KROQ c. 1996) which is rare, to put it mildly. So hey, that should probably interest some Gabbers. :D This is totally Gab's type of song. Five minutes later I was ready to get back to the next episode of Lost, which is Season 5, episode 16. And in the first few seconds of the show the opening image is..........actual jars of clay. O.o I'll attach the screencap. It's the scene where Jacob, dressed in biblical era clothes, is sitting in a room at a spinning wheel and a loom, with the jars of clay and Egyptian imagery. That was definitely one of those "reality folding in on itself" synchs that's a bit creepy, and would be classified as a hard #4 type synch from my article. I'm going to add this one to the list, since it's so noteworthy. I've been having a lot of synchs throughout the past week or so, mostly words that I'm typing, sometimes a short phrase, lining up to lyrics in whatever song is playing on my playlist. It's seriously creepy because they're unusual words, so the chances/probability is beyond impossible. And it'll happen multiple times while I'm typing, not just a one-off deal, just to hammer it home. O.o A big change just happened on me and Tom's timelines though this week, so that's why.
