CANADA'S DEEP STATE 1 of 4 It all started with: “Dominic Barton could be the right man for China ... if he remembers what makes Canada work”. That article really got me thinking, gave me many questions, and sent me digging for more. 3 months later, what I’ve found is alarming, even disturbing - I couldn’t believe what I was discovering. There is a much bigger picture unfolding globally of which Barton is just a part and I believe more investigative reporting is warranted Initial research on Barton led me to Century Initiative and their founders. Research into founders Wiseman and Hyder led me to their history, current positions and Morneau’s Advisory Group. Then I went to the formation of the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB), Jim Leech, Michael Sabia and the Caisse. My HUGE concern at what I believe has already started in Canada and has been in the works for a number of years.
