@TrevorGoodchild @kalogerosstilitis Patriarchy is, when you ponder it with an unclouded mind, the kernel of feudalism. It places the burden of authority on those most invested in the perpetuation of their kind. And mothers sit high on that hierachy. (Also I counsel this remedy when vexed by the difficulty of convincing women: stop caring to convince them.)
