@a Thanks for your explanation, Andrew. I appreciate it. I understand that you're up against daunting opposition, and agree that you have to be very careful. (This thing with Germany is crazy, but it doesn't surprise me - I've received some disquieting reports from Germany myself over the last several years.) I understand that mistakes and oversights are unavoidable, and it sounds like you're doing your level best. Hang in there, and thanks for your very appreciable efforts on everyone's behalf.
