The All-Seeing Eye of Lucifer (Masonic GAOTU or Great Architect of the Universe)/Horus was affixed on the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) emblem since 1915. Police can't serve two masters--public AND private entities, but they do. The private oath of Freemasonry supercedes the public oath.
