I have to give due credit to Gab.AI as a useful tool in helping debug issues with technical problems. This has ranged from website configurations to debugging more complex VOIP issues. While I've got over 30 years experience running an ISP, the feature that Gab.AI brings is to collect information from numerous data sources and present it in the fashion/order I request. I can then drill down into possible solutions as I see fit in the course of the chat. I typically anonymize URLs and customer-specific information, but the AI can work with "Joe Bloggs" as easily as a real name.
