Though it passed by the Delegates at every level it was presented at, suddenly it was "lost" going from the BPOU level to MN CD6.... The RINO leadership actively derailed it, and I was unable to present it at the MN GOP State Convention that year. Note that your Political Parties have changed from Associations with Members adhering to the Philosophy of BottomUp VS Top Down Government. In 1980, almost everyone, Republican and Democrat alike, change all those layers of the Party from associations to corporations, on the pretext of limiting individual liability.. Some of the ways they implement Top Down Governance would make the Red China CCP proud... They follow the rules of Corporations are different from associations. Corporate Officers decide who can and cannot be a member (as opposed to the entire membership of an association having a vote). In Minnesota since 2020, we saw RINO BPOU Boards kicking out members who called out RINOs & procedural irregularities, calling the police to trespass long time members at the direction of the MNGOP Chairman. In 2022, MNGOP Chairman Hahn refused to recognize Grassroots Constitutional Conservative who were elected as delegates. Instead, he reinstated the 2020 RINO Delegates. Party Precinct, BPOU, CD, and State Chairs no longer promote the will of the membership (Bottom up) but promote, manipulate and machinate the directives of the RINO GOP overloads. (Democrats have told me they have noticed the same thing.) This Platform Resolution about disbanding the unconstitutional Administrative State but was deep sixed by the Republican RINO leadership, outlines what is happening in America.
