Spring is over with hopes of daily thundershowers coming next week. The corn has been harvested. I will be pulling them out and buruing them right where they grew, along with the cobbs that I cut the kernels off of. I will leave a few stalks that are supporting black eye peas vines. I plan to plant Spanish peanuts where the corn was. They make good peanutbutter. When the time comes, I hope someone can tell me how to shell them easily.
