God is good all the time, and all the time, God is good. This week has been one tragic loss after another, and things will get far worse before they get better. But don't forget the tallest tree in the forest is God. When you are lost in the woods, flee to the tallest tree, where you'll be safe. Whatever, I'll be dead. I care about now. I care about the living. Ecclesiastes 9:4-6 There is hope only for the living. As they say, “It’s better to be a live dog than a dead lion!” The living at least know they will die, but the dead know nothing. They have no further reward, nor are they remembered. Whatever they did in their lifetime—loving, hating, envying—is all long gone.
