Hello everyone, I know I've not been around much. There is a reason for this. I've been married to my beautiful wife for 50 years. We've loved each other with a passion that almost always fades away in most marriages. Our passion for one another never lost it's intensity not in 50 years. My bride became listless a few months ago. She didn't complain, she didn't stumble when she walked. She seemed to be loosing her strenght. I staarted tending her more and more. Two weeks ago she was in bed and I heard her scream. I rushed to her side. She was in horrific pain. Called and ambulance and got her to the hospital as fast as possible. My Joanmarie coded as the abulance team reached the Hospital doors. They worked with ER doctors to get her heart and repiration going again. and took her into the back...somewhere I couldn't go. After hours with no word som one came and told me they didn't have an answer to what was wrong. They did take her to ICU and tests would continue. She was inside that place for 2 weeks before they saw that her belly was distended. THey tested her again and finally found that my wifes bowels had ruptured. Her bowels spilled into her belly and she had suffered a great deal of heart damage and they couldn't operate she'd die on the table. There was nothing they could do. The wonderful girl I married 50 years ago died yesterday at 1:36 PM. I'm a widower now, I'm alone, I'm lost. Tears fall from my eye's like a waterfall. I'm dizzy all the time. I don't look like myself in the mirror. The change happened so fast I can't say how. I don't think I have long to live and I don't think I care to go on without her. My heart, my soul, and I fear my mind is broken...forever. I'll keeep monitoring Gab now and again until I leave to be with my wife again and forevermore. A bit of music below if you care to listen.
