🇮🇹 ⚖️ An Italian Supreme Court rules on a major health issue: mobile phone manufacturers must now clearly inform consumers about the risks of their devices. There is no hiding behind scientific uncertainty, either: doubt no longer exempts manufacturers from informing users. This is a new, important judgement from the Italian Supreme Court.
