Most of us believe that the power grid will go down at some point. ALL of us occasionally get out somewhere with a run-down phone and no way to charge it, or we may need power for tablets, flashlights, small fans, or whatever. I strongly suggest having 1 or more power packs handy for those reasons. Amy and I already have 3 or 4 but i just ordered another one. This is 42,800 MaH. That's enough to fully charge most smart phones several times. It also has solar charging capability, so you can charge it while you're out in he woods. Additionally, it has a pretty powerful built-in flashlight, which should last 4 or 5 days of constant on, with a full charge. I think that's danged sure worth 30 bucks! .
