When one ponders things (reading Plato's Republic) ... I would love to see a law passed that says you can not run or hold Any political office (including school board) unless you have served in the military. I would even consider federal state or municipal Position can not be held without Military service, and if you do not have enough veterans.. time to down size. would cut down on the deficit.
