By: focusstarmedia Jan 27, 2023 WHY THEY WANT US TO EAT ZE BUGS 🪲🦗🪱 A parasitological evaluation of edible insects and their role in the transmission of parasitic diseases to humans and animals: The European Union (EU) has ruled that the larval stage of the Tenebrio molitor beetle, the mealworm, is safe for people to eat and it will shortly be on the market as a “novel food”. According to a study published by the NCBI, NLM and NIH, edible insects transmitting parasitic diseases may pose a threat to humans and animals. A sampling of mealworm farms, house cricket farms, cockroach farms, and locust farms showed that 35% of them had parasites that were potentially parasitic for animals and 30% of the bug farms had parasites that were potentially pathogenic for humans. Edible insects are an underestimated source of human and animal parasites 🪱 #BugsHaveParasites #Parasites #Chitins #EatZeBugs #Insects #KlausSchwab #TheGreatReset #WorldEconomicForum #Davos2023 #ClimateChange #ClimateChangeLockDowns #DonteatZeabugs @endilluminati Source: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31283777/
