I'll follow up with @epik myself - he's one of few, very few, people able to combine these disparate items into an multidimensional construct. Torba seems to believe mere statement of intent (this important point also made by John Young in his post in the same discussion) not to tolerate threats suffices as legal cover - if only it were so! As to Andrew's naive belief Gab cannot be taken over by one of the Big Tech giants because he's not selling - it's a classic case of "... let me count the ways..." Thanks to you both :)
