Transubstantiation Transubstantiation is the Catholic belief that during Holy Communion, the bread and wine are truly transformed into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. Most Christians believe in a form Transubstantiation. When they say Grace over a McDonalds meal and expect God to bless the toxic process artificial mess to their bodies as if it God transforms it into something wholesome and nutritious.
