"Had no time to react"? The ATC had time to ask the helicopter if it "saw the plane", wherein the error lies, is the choice of "reaction". Not "do you see the plane", they didn't NEED to SEE the plane, they needed to be told by the person who is watching them both to "GTF OUT OF THE GOD DAMN WAY, NOW", fucking duh!! "Do you see the plane?" Really? WTF? NO, THEY DID NOT SEE THE PLANE... The ATC asking them if they saw the plane, saw the plane &, instead of telling them to "FUCKING MOVE", asked them if they "saw the plane" while letting the plane run into them. WTF, dumbass?
