As those who watch my posts know, I got an excess of the potato. I come here seeking advice on what to do, I hope some how to preserve quite a few. I still have some canned from last year, but mostly eat the fresh cuz the are right here. How best to preserve them in some way, I am looking for options ... what do you all say?
