For those whose job is “mandating” the vaccine, a few thoughts on how we can be proactive. I received information today that only 48% of employees at my hospital have been vaccinated. I almost jumped out of my seat. Unfortunately, many will succumb to the stress and pressure, but if we all act now, we still have a shot at this. This is what I’m doing, and I highly recommend it…..

First, locate every non vaxxed employee in your workplace. Make contact with each of them. Understand this, you need each other. You need to get to them before someone else does, and pressures them into it. You can’t afford to lose any of them. Next, set up a time/place for EVERYONE (this is key) to meet and gather. In the end, you will be each other’s saving grace.This will accomplish a few things….

1) Everyone needs to see that they are not alone. You’ll be surprised how many there are.
2) Support. People are struggling inside. Many don’t have people to turn to. Support will strengthen them to withstand the barrage of pressure that awaits them. Many are on the verge of giving in. Morale is a must!
3) Planning. Making sure everyone is on the same page on how to move forward.
4) You now have a huge group of people you know you can count on the rest of the way.

The mandate is an attempt to make people feel hopeless, like “eventually I’m going to have to get it anyways”. The govt, via social media censorship, wants you to feel like “everyone’s doing it” and that you are alone. They want you to think it’s too late, it is inevitable. They want to scare you into thinking, without vaccination, employment anywhere else is impossible. Currently there aren’t enough vaccinated to carry on with business as usual, hence the early approval. They can’t afford to lose this many workers. Financially, they would crumble, fast. They know this.
