Joseph Keating, 26, of Dakota, USA, died of myocarditis on November 12, 2021, four days after receiving his third vaccination from Pfizer. His family members said he had rare and mild symptoms, including palpitations, fatigue and muscle soreness. According to the autopsy report and death certificate, Keating's cause of death showed that "myocarditis following vaccination against Covid-19 with Pfizer caused his left ventricular dysfunction." The CDC (U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) has been informed of the case, but has not yet taken any action, despite confirmed evidence that the vaccine inflamed and affected Keating's heart.
