If anyone still has any doubt that the reinstatement of the Taliban wasn't a deliberate plan, they are hopelessly naïve. The Taliban had offered to allow the U.S. military to control security for Kabul, and our military TURNED THEM DOWN, saying we just needed the airport! Instead, we left billions worth of military equipment, guns, and ammo for them, hostages complete with a kill list of their names, blocked private individuals and organizations efforts to get people out, and honored pre-arranged "deadlines" with them. Whatever happened to the narrative that we don't negotiate with terrorists? Now, we learn from Biden's National Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan, that giving the Taliban foreign aid is on the table!
