Updates on Bit-Block: - Promised article published (my motivation on Bit-Block, developer introduction, my credentials and history with Bitcoin) see link. - Writing an additional .md for transparency purposes outlining how to read Bit-Block code and what each document/file contains and does (great for educational purposes and audits) - As Bit-Block was based on the V28 version of Bitcoin Knots was the LevelDB's chainstate database update (which is present in Core V31.1 and the Bitcoin Knots V29.x line) not included. In the versions published next week will these be included (LevelDB's chainstate database was rewriting large chunks of itself on disk far more than necessary, causing excess disk I/O during normal operation--- the new version launched this Sunday 23/8 will fix this). https://x.com/Dimi_h/status/2090778236619833622
