Third Reich also signed a pact with the Soviets, that doesn't mean that Third Reich was promoting Communism, what it means was. the treaty was signed for TACTICAL purpose, same goes for Christianity. For TACTICAL purpose Hitler had to say something positive about Christianity, otherwise, Hitler had the same attitude towards Christianity what he had towards Bolshveishm. Joseph Goebbels Diaries plus numerous sources such as encyclial "Mit brennender Sorge" etc proves the fact.
