Isaiah 49: 8 Hezekiah prayed for his life to be extended, God heard his prayers and healed him (2Kings 20:5). Can we picture our God, riding through the heavens to help us (Deut 33:26). The Lord promised the land for Babylon exiles, shared equally (Ezek 47:14). Zechariah had prayed for a son, an Angel brought God's promise in answer (Luke 1:13). Who but God is our refuge and strength, a help when we need it (Ps 46:1). After the flood, the earth was divided up by nation and fixed borders (Deut 32:8). 8 Yea, thou heardest not; yea, thou knewest not; yea, from that time that thine ear was not opened: for I knew that thou wouldest deal very treacherously, and wast called a transgressor from the womb.
