If we are to believe the scuttlebutt coming from DC #ChiefJustASSRobterds and maybe others will be joining with the Liberal Activists on the #SCOTUS in completely IGNORING the "jurisdiction thereof" clause of the 14th Amendment (and as carried forward in those terms the prior Civil Rights Acts passed by Republicans (the 13A-15A all known as THE REPUBLICAN AMENDMENTS passed with basically ZERO demoKKKrats' support) and even the one signed by LBJ was a GOP Bill, passed by Majority GOP Votes after years of Dem Filibusters blocking the Republican measure for years prior, etc. #TheMoreYouKnow) and NOT protect the proper Constitutional limited scope BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP (clearly meant for former freed Slaves and those then LEGALLY RESIDING IN USA (those with proper Visas and lawfully holding "jurisdiction" status)) but leave it lawless as it has been being allowed for over a Century now because this was FAILED to be addressed LONG BEFORE NOW. This is STILL an ACTIVISTS COURT not a Constitutional one that bothers regard proper and legit original intents of Amendments by those that were CLEAR at the time they were drafted and ratified)!!!!
