The jeep's heater core sprung a leak. Very small / slow but I didn't wish a catastrophic event so I stuck in a bypass until time permits a heater core replacement task. Ghetto fix for now (fortunately weather is warming and the heater isn't needed). The 5/8"<>3/4" shunt was a stocked item at the local parts store.
