Visualize walking away from temptation, from things you are choosing not to do, habits, lifestyles, choices, decisions, feelings, thoughts, action, sensation, emotion, lust, power, pride, pain, rabbit trails, weakness, etc, whatever it may be. It doesn't matter what it is except that you choose to visualize getting up and exiting the house. Close your eyes and force yourself to play out a movie of getting up out of your bed or wherever you are. You see yourself walking off and out the door. Think through it all and do it again and again at a very slow speed and at fast speed and in different ways and just do that for five minutes or until you fall asleep or as long as you want. This is on top of other things you can do like write it down. Talk to people. Pray to God for help. There are many different steps and things you do and can do. But on top of that, you can also do visualization exercises.
