I'm out of Facebook Timeout after a month but I could be sent back at any time for older posts from last year, even if it was already used to throw me in jail, they keep the post up and then you get in trouble multiple times for the same exact post. They don't delete the post. Then when they want to throw you in the Facebook Dungeon again, then they source the same exact posts which got you sentenced the last time to get you again. Talk about Double Jeopardy.
