For Sunday School today, we were in Ephesians 1. I learned that the predestination means God Prep The Destined. Pre-Destined = Prep-Destined. Predestined. That is what I believe. That is how I define it. God sees what we will do. God predicts it. God sees it. God knows it. God gives us freewill. God wins in the end. God helps those who will choose Him. God works all things together for them. But ultimately for His glory and everything for eternity. God is outside of time. I wonder the differences between predestination and inheritance. Seems the two are similar. I mean, they relate. I know they have different meanings. The first chapter of Ephesians, verse 5 mentions predestination, inheritance is in verse 11. This first chapter mentions principalities, powers, authority, government, dominion, same as the last chapter, chapter six. Macro will of God vs individual micro level wills, verse 10. Eternal life is amazing but also normal. We will exist but where is the question, with or without God. But we cannot not exist. Temporal existence vs eternal existence. 2 Timothy 3. John 3:18. Lovers of evil, self. Marriage vs surnames. Some people in Peal living 120 years. Cultures. Vietnam. Asia. Back in time. How things were globally. Ying Yang is good and bad. I agree and disagree with the term. God predestines only the saved or everyone? I probably believe in modified versions of five points of Calvinism.
