The PROPOSED order filed with the Application to seize #TruckerConvoy2022 funds names GiveSendGo, the Canadian Decoy non-profit and Chris Garrah (an organizer) as Respondents. The funds are not controlled by any of these individuals or corporations.
GiveSendGo immediately releases the monies to the campaign organizer (I know this as I also use GiveSendGo), which happens to be a U.S. based non-profit -which isn't controlled by Chris Garrah or GiveSendGo or the decoy Canadian non-profit.
Only Chris Garrah and the decoy non-peofit would be subject to jurisdiction, however, neither of them have access to or any control of the monies.

I like the Post Millennial but they also originally posted the money was frozen and now they are just saying that GiveSendGo is ignoring the ORDER. This isn't the case. The money is structured in such a manner the ORDER (which is actually just an Application for an order) would only apply to the decoy Canadian non-profit.
