Specifically: 01. Suspend New Entries and Business Activities: Permanently halt the issuance of new H-1B visas (and related visas such as H-4 for dependents) to all Indian nationals, and prohibit Indian technology companies from sponsoring visas or conducting U.S.-based business operations, whether in-person or remotely, for 30 years. 02. Sanctions on Current Entities: Apply sanctions to Indian nationals and technology companies currently operating in the U.S. that are found to have engaged in visa fraud, including barring them from future visa applications or re-entry. Deportation of Violators: Initiate removal proceedings for Indian nationals and their dependents in the U.S. on H-1B, H4, B1, B2 visas who are determined to have obtained their status through misrepresentation or fraud. Close All Consulates And Embassies In India And Recall Staff.  Prosecute Consular Officials Found To Have Facilitated Fraud In Any Of The Above Categories.
