Who is old enough to remember Jimmy Carter's presidency? • Sky-high gas prices. • Closed stations due to unavailability. • Long wait lines extending on to the roadway. • Gas purchases limited to every other day based on your license tag number. • Installing a locking gas cap because people were syphoning gas out of cars. • Increases prices on everything due to rising transportation costs.
