The future of economics in the Western Hemisphere is #Panama, some parts of #Colombia, eastern #Brazil, all of #Argentina, absolutely #Uruguay, and definitely #Chile. With tax shelter structures in #Paraguay, you get rich in the big countries and pay zero tax in the smaller ones.
