@Psrs1 I think I'm in a Catch22. Every time I try to access Twitter or Tweetdeck (this is the app I used) I get this same Locked-Out msg screen. There is no option available from it to get to my profile & delete account. It's like to do that I'd have to click on the "Remove" button.... Got a suggestion other than that for getting account removed? BTW Note how notification states: "This notice will be accessible via direct URL and from your profile timeline for 14 days." The 14 days is LONG passed but Twitter continues to have me locked out. So much for truthfulness....
