WHILE I WAS REPEATEDLY SHUTTLING to Knoxville and back on Grandpa business, the first CtC victories secured in 2023 appeared in my mailbox. I'm going to share a few of them today, to help put everyone in a proper frame of mind as the current "tax season" progresses. While it's too early in the year for any filings concerning 2022 to have been processed, the tax agencies are still busy dealing with claims for years past. Some of these claims were filed a while ago, others not that long ago at all, and several have distinguishing stories.
