Yet when called to testify, Fauci tried to plead the 5th Amendment during a Congressional investigation, which a pardoned man cannot do legally. He has to speak, even though nothing he discloses can now be criminally held against him due to the pardon. He doesn't want to talk because he knows that doesn't apply to Civil Law where he can be sued for damages. That pardon also doesn't cover people who he worked with (NIH/NIAID/CDC/WHO) and they may be hit with criminal charges due to what they did for Fauci.
