I have a rooster?, that belongs to my neighbor and shows up most everyday to eat. I put down some Party time treats and He/She gobbles it up as if it hasn't eaten in a week especially if it hasn't been around in a few days. I'm wondering what to do with this yardbird. There is also a hugh Black roostr that shows up that belongs to my other neighbor that does the same thing but doesn't show up as often.
