@[email protected] Good, libraries are another excuse to raise taxes. I want to see private libraries flourish. Libraries, like schools, have not been improved by raping tax payers. Shutting the internet down might be one of the few things that would anger people enough to do something about the overreaching government. That would be good. People buy things from corporations because it is easy. Those who have the desire to learn new skills will find teachers. Most big cities have community gardens and teach gardening.
