A month ago a new meat market opened up near me. The quality and prices are fantastic. The owner is great. He will grind ground beef to my preferred fat percentage. I'm going to ask if he would grind liver into the next batch and if he can get pork belly. The best part is I'm supporting a small business, instead of a corporation.
