I'm helping someone who lives in a safe modest, not a govt housing slum lord housing project whose income is a refund on the social security they and their employers paid into. They live on less than $16,000 per year. They have to fill out a mandatory 7 page report to receive about $50 a month in food stamps, while illegals and corrupt NGO's abuse the food stamp system. DHHR bs states social security is an "UNEARNED INCOME". Social Security is a REFUND.
