Well the market seems very odd at the moment . . . projects are very slow on this end. This is a door we're designing - electrochromic film on each of the 2 pieces of glass that can be controlled independently - wall switch or through smartphone. The door lock is a smartlock as well . . . paired with some fixed glass in the wall next to it. That also has two zones, an upper & lower to operate separately if you want a view with privacy or total privacy, or totally open . . . 🍻 Anyone looking to build something new and want a creative architect who can make something different happen?
