Ideology Is What You Believe Before You Look at the Data A book takes up the question of how vaccination became a matter of identity rather than evidence — where declining one product marks you as belonging to a camp, and where defending the entire category is treated as a credential. Neither posture is science. Vaccines differ enormously from one another in risk, benefit, and evidence quality, and they should be evaluated individually.
