I made a comment yesterday evening regarding #SOTU and my viewing choice. It got a bunch of comments.  I reviewed the comments and made rebuttal, where I deemed appropriate. The CORE of my comment was not about the SOTU address.  It was about #choices we make regarding our expenditure of energy, and being held accountable for those choices .. Bear with me here. I chose NOT to engage with the marketing job that was Criminal DC spouting about what they are gonna do .. There I said it. IF you choose to UNPLUG from the Media circus you Win.   The expectation that you can get a #tiktokviral recap of something #Amazing that happened is #100Percent. Start using your "Ya know, I might wait a few days" to respond button.  I DID NOT engage with the #sotu thing, but I DID engage with the people that made a comment. Its simple, stop reacting and BEGIN to engage with your feelings, not the barrage of information.   Gan Dalph
