League announcement 12/30/2022 After having read Judge Norman Moon's ruling on the Sines v. Kessler case in which I, Michael Tubbs, and The League of the South are defendants, it appears that we will be liable for about $30,000 in punitive damages under Virginia State law. This is a far cry from the $2,000,000 original judgement handed down against us on 23 November 2021. I would like to thank you all for your prayers and your financial support over the past five years since we were served papers. We couldn't have made it this far without you. Now, we need one more favor to help get all this lawfare behind us. We are asking you to donate as much as you can to our legal fund to help us settle this liability once and for all. Should things change, I will keep you all informed. We look forward to hearing from our attorney next week. Considering what was arrayed against us from the other side, we came out pretty good, like David v. Goliath. May God be praised for His mercy to us.
