I dunno if you folks browse eBay for coins, specifically wheaties and other Lincolns, and I'll mention Morgans in a bit. Over the past few days I have seen a multitude of pennies with asking prices so exuberant that one could get a headache wondering WHY. One specific was a 1966 claiming an error because it had no mint mark?? And the listing person had only 1 review which wasn't associated with coins. Another was a 1996 claiming to be a close "AM" type when there was an obvious space between the 2 letters. And any of the rest following suit ALL had no numismatic reviews or less than 5. I swear it has to be because of some damned APP people have been told about that claim to offer "real" advice on value of coins. Coinhelpu on you tube recently had a video about that, a worthwhile watch if you can find it. On to Morgan Silver Dollars, BEWARE, any thing that is priced to cheaply such as a "CC" for less than $30 AND FROM CHINA it is a fake, likely made of pewter. Some you can look at and see how fake they are. (federal law requires coins not minted by the US MINT to be labeled as Copy or ??, these Morgans aren't) In other words, buy from reputable sellers, and or sellers with a fair amount of reviews.
