For my friends who like collecting precancels ( US and Canada) or US Perfins, I just want to let y'all know I will be removing them from eBay and strictly listing on http://eBid.com/net and it is free to sign up as a buyer. Payments are generally by or thru PayPal. Come visit even if you collect other countries, Also as a seller I can send directly overseas for a couple of bucks and no 3rd party TAXING you as a buyer.
