We all have the right to protest against what we believe is injustice but when in our protest we obstruct or interfere with the normal flow of things, in this case, traffic, then we are committing crime. With this in mind, members of Congress doing such things should be fined, directly out of their salaries. A written repremand should be delivered to them and published.
